Renewable energy is made from natural resources that can be replenished, for example from the sun, the wind, water, the ocean and geothermal. In order to combat climate change, we need to switch from using fossil fuels like coal, oil, and peat that cause pollution to use renewable energy sources to reduce the amount of carbon dioxide we produce.
